We are the Goosey Gander Microbakery & Farmstand! This is our small, family-run operation in Ocala, Florida. We focus on traditional foods and practical goods, all made in small batches with care and intention. Our bakery centers on naturally leavened sourdough breads and baked goods, prepared through long fermentation to bring out rich flavor, texture, and digestibility. Every loaf and pastry is made by hand using simple ingredients and time-tested methods.

In addition to baked goods, we make tallow-based skincare products with minimal, functional ingredients, as well as sewn goods like reusable bread bags and everyday textiles designed to be useful, durable, and reduce waste. We ship select sourdough items and all of our body care and textile products, so our work can reach friends near and far.

Our microbakery operates on a 24/7 online ordering model. Orders are prepared fresh, usually ready within one to two days. You’ll receive a pick-up notification when your order is ready, or a tracking number if you choose shipping.
